Blake Messina was born in Orlando, and grew up in Belle Isle. After graduating from Boone High School (Go Braves!), he graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) where he majored in finance. Blake developed an early love for real estate, receiving his sales associate license at age 19, and his broker license at age 22. While attending UF, he purchased his first investment property at age 20.
Since graduating college, Blake has gained valuable experience with a variety of property management, sales, and investment real estate positions. Blake has managed apartment complexes ranging in size from 140 units to 400 units, and has managed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial shopping centers throughout central Florida. He also spent a couple of years working with Colony American Homes and American Homes 4 Rent, two of the largest owners of single family homes in the United States. He has experience renting single family homes and can advise you on rental properties from Orange County to Seminole to Volusia.
The past several years, Blake has worked with many investors to help them acquire flip properties and rentals to add to their portfolio. He always keeps the client in mind, and will not try to force any purchase on you. Very analytical, but also showing a love for helping people, Blake has the experience to help you in whatever facet of real estate you need.
