We have access to cash and we can buy your house quickly. This option does not work in all situations, but we would love to explore it with you to see if it will be a win-win for everyone.
There are scenarios where we can’t buy a home cash, but we will be open and honest with you about that. If for whatever reason we have too much cash on other properties or can’t close within 7 days, we will let you know. If we can’t buy it- we still want to sell your house for you just like any of our other listings!
